The Bosch 300 Series SHE53T55UC is part of the Dishwashers test program at Consumer Reports. In our lab tests, Dishwashers models like the 300 Series SHE53T55UC are rated on multiple criteria, such as those listed below.
Washing: Assessed by running the sensor, normal or equivalent cycle to clean a full load of dishes with baked-on food.

I'm still waiting for the technician to come take a look at our fridge. Was given their contact, and it's been a back and forth with Emanual and him. It's been so frustrating as we have tenants and have to coordinate. It's super annoying that we are getting the run around. I'm not too sure about all the 5 star reviews, must be friends... Update: I called and didn't receive any reply back from this company. It's been months for waiting on their end. If the fridge is broken, they should repair or replace it. Still waiting..

December 15, 2024Emanuel was great to deal with. Communication and pricing were great for a dryer and he got the dryer replaced for our tenant very soon after our inquiry. His guys were super punctual and delivered within the time window we requested, and even though they accidentally lightly scratched the floor a bit when removing the old dryer, they made sure to fix that with scratch remover right away before leaving and asking for payment so they made sure we were happy with the job first. Would definitely recommend them!

Within a few days our new washer was delivered and installed, and our old washer was removed. The sales person and installer were both pleasant to deal with and answered all our questions promptly. Happy with product. I am so pleased with how quiet the dishwasher is. I took out the silverware rack because it gives me more room in the dishwasher for dishes and just use the silverware rack for all the silverware. I’m very impressed with the silverware rack. Also, the only thing I not crazy about is how little the buttons are I actually have to use a flashlight to see the buttons, but I am very pleased was happy to spend the extra money on the Bosch you have a happy customer

In my last house I had the older model 300 with front controls. I loved it so wanted to get it again, but this newer one was available so I took a chance. I’ve had it for a couple months now. The bottom and middle racks are much better than the other model, more practical for large pots, mixing bowls and a larger number of regular plates and bowls. As usual for Bosch, the machine cleans very well and dries very well. The only thing I don’t like is the control buttons. They have quite a lot of play to them, not crisp at all. Despite that, we feel that the dishwasher is still 5 stars because the performance and racks are great. We don’t even hate doing dishes anymore!

We bought this to replace a very old dishwasher and we love it. It is so quite you need to listen closely to tell if it is running, and it gets the dishes & glassware sparkling clean. We moved back to a home where 2 heavy smokers had been living for years (and apparently never cleaning or dusting since my mother passed away 10 years ago!) so we had some seriously dirty items. It is doing a great job. uses a lot less electricity and water, and you don’t need to rinse the dishes, just scrape them well (unless you really baked something on or aren’t going to run it for several days) so you save water there too. Best appliance we bought.
