Emanuel is a consummate professional. He always made sure to communicate effectively and ensured we were satisfied with his products and services. I bought a new dishwasher and used laundry centre. Emanuel stored both for me for a few weeks until my place was ready. I installed both. The dryer timer wasn’t working quite right so I messaged Emanuel, he had a crew out in a day or so, ordered the part and installed without any issue, no questions asked. Class act! From the first phone call to Emanuel to the installation of the washer and dryer I purchased from them I was treated with kindness and respect. Emanuel and Mike were professional and genuinely seemed to want to provide excellent service. It was a difficult installation but they never once tried to back away - instead they found solutions. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

December 17, 2022My Landlord replaced the broken dryer machine with a used one and it came so dirty and full of dust that made me sick! I never bought a used appliance, so I don’t know if it’s normal to receive a dirty appliance. Emanuel told me that I’m problematic with OCD because I complained that the machine was dirty. It's been so frustrating as we have tenants and have to coordinate. It's super annoying that we are getting the run around. I'm not too sure about all the 5 star reviews, must be friends...

Harjit and Matan were very professional bringing in my new oven today. They even helped with applying WD 40 and oil to the slider on the bottom drawer so it slides better. Super helpful!
