Bosch 500 Series 24 Inch Compact Washer and Heat Pump Dryer Set with Home Connect® – WGB24600UC/WQB245B0UC

Fabulous service!! My washer stopped working Dec. 29th and I contacted Electrafix to come and see if they could repair it. They were there the next day and sent me a quote for the repair overnight. The machine was 24 yrs old so I decided I be better off buying new and they offered to put the cost of the service call toward the purchase. The repairman put me in touch with the sales person, Emanual (turned out to be the owner) and he worked with me to find the right machine for my needs going back and forth in email with options including photos and specs 4-5 times over a couple of days (I know, so undecided). At one point he said he had to get on his flight and I said 'enjoy your holiday' but I discovered he had been on holiday the whole time he had been working with me and was now returning!!! By Jan. 4th he had organized delivery and my new machine was installed. It is the perfect machine and the service was amazing. Thank you!

KJ and Donald were soo fast, professional and friendly!! Thank you so much. Also I can't believe how fast I was able to get this delivered

Harjit and Matan came and installed our double oven. Did an awesome job...thanks guys.

Excellent, reliable, reasonable and best customer service, strongly recommended.

I wanna share my experience with electra appliance gallery. They literally have a wide variety of appliances to choose from and they basically have every kind of appliances which a home needs plus they covered you up with extended warranty as well and thats a peace of mind. Installation got done within few minutes. Highly recommend !

Harjit and Matan were very professional bringing in my new oven today. They even helped with applying WD 40 and oil to the slider on the bottom drawer so it slides better. Super helpful!

Nice team and fast service! The appliances were installed properly, the prices are very good! Will definitely use them next time!

I bought a glass top stainless steel Stove oven range within my budget. Emanuel is very patient and flexible, Senior Technician Jeet is very customer service oriented and go to the extra mile to answer our technical question and highly commendable. Highly recommend this new set up company for any resale household appliances.

Our Miele dishwasher was malfunctioning and Zack from ElectraFix was incredibly swift and professional in his diagnosis of the issue. He really helped us understand the problem and we knew we could trust his advice with his knowledgable background. We highly recommend calling ElectraFix for your next appliance concern!

Five stars to Electra Appliance! After lousy disappointing service from Canadian Appliance Source (delivering a $1500 broken Electrolux to us), I found Electra via a Google search. Reviews from previous customers were solid. So I went to their Delta location and bought a used Samsung washer and paid for their 2 year warranty on it which literally gives total peace of mind for the next 2 years. Today, working on this statutory holiday Good Friday, Jeet was extraordinarily polite, calling 15 minutes before arrival. He installed the Samsung, gave suggestions, and WAITED while the washer ran through a cycle to show me it was working! (CAS techs just installed the broken Electrolux and promptly left; they did not check anything.) Jeet then went ABOVE and beyond and with the help of my son, stacked and installed my existing dryer, which he totally did not have to do. I highly recommend Electra and am now thinking of getting a dishwasher and also my parents appliances from there since they have a Burnaby location as well! THANK YOU JEET, PRI and EMMANUEL for your excellent customer service!!!

Great prices and service

Just received a gas range and a dishwasher from the ElectraFix Appliance Gallery Both installed in a couple of hours and work perfectly Good stuff Good people

Great deal. Emmanuel was easy to work with and friendly. Would recommend.

Emanuel is a consummate professional. He always made sure to communicate effectively and ensured we were satisfied with his products and services. I bought a new dishwasher and used laundry centre. Emanuel stored both for me for a few weeks until my place was ready. I installed both. The dryer timer wasn’t working quite right so I messaged Emanuel, he had a crew out in a day or so, ordered the part and installed without any issue, no questions asked. Class act! Highly recommend Electra and supporting a small local business.

Just purchased a washer and dryer from Emanuel and we are really happy with the whole process. (Delivery, purchase, installation, etc.) The most important thing, BEST PRICE I could find anywhere for my laundry set and with 3 years warranty!! I will buy again from them in the future for sure.

Made a purchase of a washer one and a half years ago and they covered it under their 2 years of warranty

We had a great service from this company. The employees were so professional and friendly..Kj and kinde.

After a quick and easy service call that determined that my old washer could not be repaired, I was connected with Emanuel to find a suitable replacement appliance. Communicating with him was smooth, and he was able to find a few options for me to choose from quickly. The day of install was just as fantastic as Emanuel and Oleg took away the old washer and brought in the new one with proficiency and professionalism! They took their time, and weren't rushing to finish the job, and they were very friendly as they worked. I'd happily go to them for any other new appliances, and am absolutely happy to recommend them to family and friends!
