It's been so frustrating as we have tenants and have to coordinate. It's super annoying that we are getting the run around. I'm not too sure about all the 5 star reviews, must be friends...

Update: I called and didn't receive any reply back from this company. It's been months for waiting on their end. If the fridge is broken, they should repair or replace it. Still waiting..

Had a bit of a stressful installation and these guys offered to sort everything out for us. I completely freaked out and probably shouldn’t have. Regardless these guys kept their cool and even offered to have an electrician come by. Really amazing customer service! Thanks again.

The delivery fellows were amazing, we intended to give them a tip but forgot because if all the excitement. This was not an easy move but they did it, no problem. The fridge is wonderful so far, some noise but we will get used to it. We are very satisfied.

Emanuel stored both for me for a few weeks until my place was ready. I installed both. The dryer timer wasn’t working quite right so I messaged Emanuel, he had a crew out in a day or so, ordered the part and installed without any issue, no questions asked. Class act! Highly recommend Electra and supporting a small local business.

After receiving my $100 voucher from my repair guy for this place, the dishwashers were even cheaper than costco. Mind you, I had to pick it up myself, though.
