Communicating with him was smooth, and he was able to find a few options for me to choose from quickly. The day of install was just as fantastic as Emanuel and Oleg took away the old washer and brought in the new one with proficiency and professionalism! They took their time, and weren't rushing to finish the job, and they were very friendly as they worked. I'd happily go to them for any other new appliances, and am absolutely happy to recommend them to family and friends!

I never bought a used appliance, so I don’t know if it’s normal to receive a dirty appliance. Emanuel told me that I’m problematic with OCD because I complained that the machine was dirty.
