My Landlord replaced the broken dryer machine with a used one and it came so dirty and full of dust that made me sick! I never bought a used appliance, so I don’t know if it’s normal to receive a dirty appliance. Emanuel told me that I’m problematic with OCD because I complained that the machine was dirty. Emanuel is a consummate professional. He always made sure to communicate effectively and ensured we were satisfied with his products and services. I bought a new dishwasher and used laundry centre. Emanuel stored both for me for a few weeks until my place was ready. I installed both. The dryer timer wasn’t working quite right so I messaged Emanuel, he had a crew out in a day or so, ordered the part and installed without any issue, no questions asked. Class act!
