August 4, 2024Right from the first call to get a service call, the people we talked to were very responsive. A technician arrived the next day. When he could not repair the product, he suggested we could purchase one from their retail outlet. The Sales Manager, Emanuel called us within a day. He provided all the information that we required, we purchased and he offered to deliver and install that very day. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, it could not happen but the installer arrived on time on the next business day. He was very polite, personable and professional, he explained what he was going to do. He did it skillfully and we were happy with the experience. I would recommend ElectraFix.

It's been so frustrating as we have tenants and have to coordinate. It's super annoying that we are getting the run around. I'm not too sure about all the 5 star reviews, must be friends... Update: I called and didn't receive any reply back from this company. It's been months for waiting on their end. If the fridge is broken, they should repair or replace it. Still waiting..

They literally have a wide variety of appliances to choose from and they basically have every kind of appliances which a home needs plus they covered you up with extended warranty as well and thats a peace of mind. Emanuel is a consummate professional. He always made sure to communicate effectively and ensured we were satisfied with his products and services. I bought a new dishwasher and used laundry centre. Emanuel stored both for me for a few weeks until my place was ready. I installed both. The dryer timer wasn’t working quite right so I messaged Emanuel, he had a crew out in a day or so, ordered the part and installed without any issue, no questions asked. Class act! My Landlord replaced the broken dryer machine with a used one and it came so dirty and full of dust that made me sick! I never bought a used appliance, so I don’t know if it’s normal to receive a dirty appliance. Emanuel told me that I’m problematic with OCD because I complained that the machine was dirty.
