We dealt with Emmanuel for the purchase and he is a straight shooter and cares about the customer. It's nice to deal with and support local small business.

I highly recommend Electra Appliances to anyone looking for a used or new appliances. I bought a used washer. It so happen it was defective. They replaced it in few days. Excellent customer service & very responsive. I would do business with them again. Emanuel (owner) was great.

May 13, 2024Emanuel was great to deal with. Communication and pricing were great for a dryer and he got the dryer replaced for our tenant very soon after our inquiry. His guys were super punctual and delivered within the time window we requested, and even though they accidentally lightly scratched the floor a bit when removing the old dryer, they made sure to fix that with scratch remover right away before leaving and asking for payment so they made sure we were happy with the job first. Would definitely recommend them!
