Right from the first call to get a service call, the people we talked to were very responsive. A technician arrived the next day. When he could not repair the product, he suggested we could purchase one from their retail outlet. The Sales Manager, Emanuel called us within a day. He provided all the information that we required, we purchased and he offered to deliver and install that very day. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, it could not happen but the installer arrived on time on the next business day. The delivery fellows were amazing, we intended to give them a tip but forgot because if all the excitement. This was not an easy move but they did it, no problem. The fridge is wonderful so far, some noise but we will get used to it. We are very satisfied.
