LG 24 in. 4.2 cu. ft. Compact Electric Heat Pump Dryer with Dual Inverter HeatPump and Sensor Dry-DLHC1455W

Super happy with the service ElectraFix provided. Technician Eddie was extremely competent, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly. Reasonable rate as well. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The delivery fellows were amazing, we intended to give them a tip but forgot because if all the excitement. This was not an easy move but they did it, no problem. The fridge is wonderful so far, some noise but we will get used to it. We are very satisfied.

Five stars to Electra Appliance! After lousy disappointing service from Canadian Appliance Source (delivering a $1500 broken Electrolux to us), I found Electra via a Google search. Reviews from previous customers were solid. So I went to their Delta location and bought a used Samsung washer and paid for their 2 year warranty on it which literally gives total peace of mind for the next 2 years. Today, working on this statutory holiday Good Friday, Jeet was extraordinarily polite, calling 15 minutes before arrival. He installed the Samsung, gave suggestions, and WAITED while the washer ran through a cycle to show me it was working! (CAS techs just installed the broken Electrolux and promptly left; they did not check anything.) Jeet then went ABOVE and beyond and with the help of my son, stacked and installed my existing dryer, which he totally did not have to do. I highly recommend Electra and am now thinking of getting a dishwasher and also my parents appliances from there since they have a Burnaby location as well! THANK YOU JEET, PRI and EMMANUEL for your excellent customer service!!!

Harjit and Matan were very professional bringing in my new oven today. They even helped with applying WD 40 and oil to the slider on the bottom drawer so it slides better. Super helpful!

Awesome service, polite and friendly and kept me updated while servicing my dryer. I would definitely use this company again!

We called many repair shops but Electra was the only one to fit us in last minute. Stephen came on time and had our dryer fixed within an hour. We will use them again!

Great Service and Pricing We will use them again

Harjit and Matan came and installed our double oven. Did an awesome job...thanks guys.

I'm still waiting for the technician to come take a look at our fridge. Was given their contact, and it's been a back and forth with Emanual and him. It's been so frustrating as we have tenants and have to coordinate. It's super annoying that we are getting the run around. I'm not too sure about all the 5 star reviews, must be friends...

Got a great deal on a new washer - dryer set and quick delivery.

Gave us a great deal on the washer

Emanuel has a high level of integrity and I endorse him entirely. I bought a new dishwasher from him and then had problems with another dishwasher in a rental suite. Emanuel worked tirelessly to solve the problem in the rental suite. I would have been sunk if it had not been for him.

I recently purchased a new laundry set from Emanuel, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The true highlight, however, was the installation process. The technicians arrived promptly and were incredibly professional. They took great care to ensure everything was set up perfectly, and their attention to detail was impressive. The technicians were polite, respectful of my home, and left the space spotless. Their expertise and dedication truly made the entire process a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Emanuel for anyone in need of a new laundry set. Their combination of quality products and exceptional service is unbeatable!

Nice guys! Quality dryer installed quickly. Thanks so much!

Harjit and Matan just delivered a used stove. They checked that everything was working and set the clock. Very professional and pleasant men, Thank you.

After a quick and easy service call that determined that my old washer could not be repaired, I was connected with Emanuel to find a suitable replacement appliance. Communicating with him was smooth, and he was able to find a few options for me to choose from quickly. The day of install was just as fantastic as Emanuel and Oleg took away the old washer and brought in the new one with proficiency and professionalism! They took their time, and weren't rushing to finish the job, and they were very friendly as they worked. I'd happily go to them for any other new appliances, and am absolutely happy to recommend them to family and friends!

Emanuel is a consummate professional. He always made sure to communicate effectively and ensured we were satisfied with his products and services. I bought a new dishwasher and used laundry centre. Emanuel stored both for me for a few weeks until my place was ready. I installed both. The dryer timer wasn’t working quite right so I messaged Emanuel, he had a crew out in a day or so, ordered the part and installed without any issue, no questions asked. Class act! Highly recommend Electra and supporting a small local business.

I got a dishwasher. I got a really good discount on that as compared to market price. Installation was perfectly done too.
