Emanuel has a high level of integrity and I endorse him entirely. I bought a new dishwasher from him and then had problems with another dishwasher in a rental suite. Emanuel worked tirelessly to solve the problem in the rental suite. I would have been sunk if it had not been for him.

I'm still waiting for the technician to come take a look at our fridge. Was given their contact, and it's been a back and forth with Emanual and him. It's been so frustrating as we have tenants and have to coordinate. It's super annoying that we are getting the run around. I'm not too sure about all the 5 star reviews, must be friends...

Five stars to Electra Appliance! After lousy disappointing service from Canadian Appliance Source (delivering a $1500 broken Electrolux to us), I found Electra via a Google search. Reviews from previous customers were solid. So I went to their Delta location and bought a used Samsung washer and paid for their 2 year warranty on it which literally gives total peace of mind for the next 2 years. Today, working on this statutory holiday Good Friday, Jeet was extraordinarily polite, calling 15 minutes before arrival. He installed the Samsung, gave suggestions, and WAITED while the washer ran through a cycle to show me it was working! (CAS techs just installed the broken Electrolux and promptly left; they did not check anything.) Jeet then went ABOVE and beyond and with the help of my son, stacked and installed my existing dryer, which he totally did not have to do. I highly recommend Electra and am now thinking of getting a dishwasher and also my parents appliances from there since they have a Burnaby location as well! THANK YOU JEET, PRI and EMMANUEL for your excellent customer service!!!

Fabulous service!! My washer stopped working Dec. 29th and I contacted Electrafix to come and see if they could repair it. They were there the next day and sent me a quote for the repair overnight. The machine was 24 yrs old so I decided I be better off buying new and they offered to put the cost of the service call toward the purchase. The repairman put me in touch with the sales person, Emanual (turned out to be the owner) and he worked with me to find the right machine for my needs going back and forth in email with options including photos and specs 4-5 times over a couple of days (I know, so undecided). At one point he said he had to get on his flight and I said 'enjoy your holiday' but I discovered he had been on holiday the whole time he had been working with me and was now returning!!! By Jan. 4th he had organized delivery and my new machine was installed. It is the perfect machine and the service was amazing. Thank you!

Had a bit of a stressful installation and these guys offered to sort everything out for us. I completely freaked out and probably shouldn’t have. Regardless these guys kept their cool and even offered to have an electrician come by. Really amazing customer service! Thanks again.

After a quick and easy service call that determined that my old washer could not be repaired, I was connected with Emanuel to find a suitable replacement appliance. Communicating with him was smooth, and he was able to find a few options for me to choose from quickly. The day of install was just as fantastic as Emanuel and Oleg took away the old washer and brought in the new one with proficiency and professionalism! They took their time, and weren't rushing to finish the job, and they were very friendly as they worked. I'd happily go to them for any other new appliances, and am absolutely happy to recommend them to family and friends!

We called many repair shops but Electra was the only one to fit us in last minute. Stephen came on time and had our dryer fixed within an hour. We will use them again!

Harjiit and Daniel were professional, pleasant, and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.  They had to take my old appliances out of a very old, small basement and install the new ones. I recommend them very highly.

My Landlord replaced the broken dryer machine with a used one and it came so dirty and full of dust that made me sick! I never bought a used appliance, so I don’t know if it’s normal to receive a dirty appliance. Emanuel told me that I’m problematic with OCD because I complained that the machine was dirty. Never more this Company 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Emanuel was great to deal with. Communication and pricing were great for a dryer and he got the dryer replaced for our tenant very soon after our inquiry. His guys were super punctual and delivered within the time window we requested, and even though they accidentally lightly scratched the floor a bit when removing the old dryer, they made sure to fix that with scratch remover right away before leaving and asking for payment so they made sure we were happy with the job first. Would definitely recommend them!
