LG 27″ Smart Front Load Washer and Electric Dryer Set in Graphite Steel – WM5500HVA/DLEX5500V

Fabulous service!! My washer stopped working Dec. 29th and I contacted Electrafix to come and see if they could repair it. They were there the next day and sent me a quote for the repair overnight. The machine was 24 yrs old so I decided I be better off buying new and they offered to put the cost of the service call toward the purchase. The repairman put me in touch with the sales person, Emanual (turned out to be the owner) and he worked with me to find the right machine for my needs going back and forth in email with options including photos and specs 4-5 times over a couple of days (I know, so undecided). At one point he said he had to get on his flight and I said 'enjoy your holiday' but I discovered he had been on holiday the whole time he had been working with me and was now returning!!! By Jan. 4th he had organized delivery and my new machine was installed. It is the perfect machine and the service was amazing. Thank you!

Great services with well organized delivery and installation services. Quick customer support and we got what was told to us there is no surprises in quality or prices. I highly recommend if you need any appliance give them a chance and you will not be disappointed.

Excellent respinse, warranty honoured.

Competitive pricing, and great service. Delivery and installation crew was very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

I have bought washer and dryer from Emmanuel and his crew at a best price in town. Their service and profesionalism are outstanding. While installing in a real tight laundry space installation crew went more than an extra mile to do it right and keep me as a happy customer! Please keep doing excellent quality work as this city really lacks more of it!

KJ and Donald were soo fast, professional and friendly!! Thank you so much. Also I can't believe how fast I was able to get this delivered

Five stars to Electra Appliance! After lousy disappointing service from Canadian Appliance Source (delivering a $1500 broken Electrolux to us), I found Electra via a Google search. Reviews from previous customers were solid. So I went to their Delta location and bought a used Samsung washer and paid for their 2 year warranty on it which literally gives total peace of mind for the next 2 years. Today, working on this statutory holiday Good Friday, Jeet was extraordinarily polite, calling 15 minutes before arrival. He installed the Samsung, gave suggestions, and WAITED while the washer ran through a cycle to show me it was working! (CAS techs just installed the broken Electrolux and promptly left; they did not check anything.) Jeet then went ABOVE and beyond and with the help of my son, stacked and installed my existing dryer, which he totally did not have to do. I highly recommend Electra and am now thinking of getting a dishwasher and also my parents appliances from there since they have a Burnaby location as well! THANK YOU JEET, PRI and EMMANUEL for your excellent customer service!!!

Prompt and efficient service. Guy and his Manager were very professional. I would highly recommend them. I will use their services in the future. Thank you.

Some of the best service and help l have ever experienced. Received our washer and dryer right on time. The delivery and installation could not have been better, thanks guys. To cap it off the price was perfect. Brian Houlihoo

Great service, very responsible and respectful. Immediately solution anytime. Higher recommended.

We had a great service from this company. The employees were so professional and friendly..Kj and kinde.

Our washer broke unexpectedly this week, and they were able to send us a variety of options to fix or replace our unit. Within a few days our new washer was delivered and installed, and our old washer was removed. The sales person and installer were both pleasant to deal with and answered all our questions promptly. Would use again.

I recently purchased a washer-dryer from them, and I am really impressed! The quality is excellent, and it works perfectly. They even provided an extra warranty. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them!

Just received a gas range and a dishwasher from the ElectraFix Appliance Gallery Both installed in a couple of hours and work perfectly Good stuff Good people

Great place for local supply of appliance parts. Needed a part that no one could source and they had it in stock. Fair pricing and good customer service. Thank you.

Emmanuel was a great guy to deal with. Took really good care of me and got me the dryer I needed at a good price.

Nice team and fast service! The appliances were installed properly, the prices are very good! Will definitely use them next time!

We called many repair shops but Electra was the only one to fit us in last minute. Stephen came on time and had our dryer fixed within an hour. We will use them again!
