Emanuel and Mike were professional and genuinely seemed to want to provide excellent service. It was a difficult installation but they never once tried to back away - instead they found solutions. Right from the first call to get a service call, the people we talked to were very responsive. A technician arrived the next day. When he could not repair the product, he suggested we could purchase one from their retail outlet. The Sales Manager, Emanuel called us within a day. He provided all the information that we required, we purchased and he offered to deliver and install that very day. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, it could not happen but the installer arrived on time on the next business day. Purchased a used electric range from here. Delivery was quick (next day!) and they did a great job of installing everything, including leveling and removing our old range.
