I recently purchased a new laundry set from Emanuel, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The true highlight, however, was the installation process. The technicians arrived promptly and were incredibly professional. They took great care to ensure everything was set up perfectly, and their attention to detail was impressive. The technicians were polite, respectful of my home, and left the space spotless. Their expertise and dedication truly made the entire process a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Emanuel for anyone in need of a new laundry set. Their combination of quality products and exceptional service is unbeatable!

December 17, 2022Emanuel was great to deal with. Communication and pricing were great for a dryer and he got the dryer replaced for our tenant very soon after our inquiry. His guys were super punctual and delivered within the time window we requested, and even though they accidentally lightly scratched the floor a bit when removing the old dryer, they made sure to fix that with scratch remover right away before leaving and asking for payment so they made sure we were happy with the job first. Would definitely recommend them!

December 17, 2022I'm still waiting for the technician to come take a look at our fridge. Was given their contact, and it's been a back and forth with Emanual and him. It's been so frustrating as we have tenants and have to coordinate. It's super annoying that we are getting the run around. I'm not too sure about all the 5 star reviews, must be friends... Update: I called and didn't receive any reply back from this company. It's been months for waiting on their end. If the fridge is broken, they should repair or replace it. Still waiting..
