Emmanuel and his partner installed a washer/dryer combo in our carriage house a few weeks ago and did an excellent job. He was really friendly and professional and I'd recommend him to anyone.

April 17, 2023Just purchased a washer and dryer from Emanuel and we are really happy with the whole process. (Delivery, purchase, installation, etc.) The most important thing, BEST PRICE I could find anywhere for my laundry set and with 3 years warranty!! I will buy again from them in the future for sure.

Right from the first call to get a service call, the people we talked to were very responsive. A technician arrived the next day. When he could not repair the product, he suggested we could purchase one from their retail outlet. The Sales Manager, Emanuel called us within a day. He provided all the information that we required, we purchased and he offered to deliver and install that very day. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, it could not happen but the installer arrived on time on the next business day. He was very polite, personable and professional, he explained what he was going to do. He did it skillfully and we were happy with the experience. I would recommend ElectraFix.

The delivery fellows were amazing, we intended to give them a tip but forgot because if all the excitement. This was not an easy move but they did it, no problem. The fridge is wonderful so far, some noise but we will get used to it. We are very satisfied.

Emanuel was great to deal with. Communication and pricing were great for a dryer and he got the dryer replaced for our tenant very soon after our inquiry. His guys were super punctual and delivered within the time window we requested, and even though they accidentally lightly scratched the floor a bit when removing the old dryer, they made sure to fix that with scratch remover right away before leaving and asking for payment so they made sure we were happy with the job first. Would definitely recommend them!

January 27, 2024I have bought washer and dryer from Emmanuel and his crew at a best price in town. Their service and profesionalism are outstanding. While installing in a real tight laundry space installation crew went more than an extra mile to do it right and keep me as a happy customer! Please keep doing excellent quality work as this city really lacks more of it!

From the first phone call to Emanuel to the installation of the washer and dryer I purchased from them I was treated with kindness and respect. Emanuel and Mike were professional and genuinely seemed to want to provide excellent service. It was a difficult installation but they never once tried to back away - instead they found solutions.
