Right from the first call to get a service call, the people we talked to were very responsive. A technician arrived the next day. When he could not repair the product, he suggested we could purchase one from their retail outlet. The Sales Manager, Emanuel called us within a day. He provided all the information that we required, we purchased and he offered to deliver and install that very day. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, it could not happen but the installer arrived on time on the next business day. Our washer broke unexpectedly this week, and they were able to send us a variety of options to fix or replace our unit. Within a few days our new washer was delivered and installed, and our old washer was removed. The sales person and installer were both pleasant to deal with and answered all our questions promptly.
