Communicating with him was smooth, and he was able to find a few options for me to choose from quickly. The day of install was just as fantastic as Emanuel and Oleg took away the old washer and brought in the new one with proficiency and professionalism! They took their time, and weren't rushing to finish the job, and they were very friendly as they worked. I'd happily go to them for any other new appliances, and am absolutely happy to recommend them to family and friends!

Our washer broke unexpectedly this week, and they were able to send us a variety of options to fix or replace our unit. Within a few days our new washer was delivered and installed, and our old washer was removed. The sales person and installer were both pleasant to deal with and answered all our questions promptly. Would use again.

Emanuel is a consummate professional. He always made sure to communicate effectively and ensured we were satisfied with his products and services. I bought a new dishwasher and used laundry centre. Emanuel stored both for me for a few weeks until my place was ready. I installed both. The dryer timer wasn’t working quite right so I messaged Emanuel, he had a crew out in a day or so, ordered the part and installed without any issue, no questions asked. Class act! Highly recommend Electra and supporting a small local business.

Emanuel has a high level of integrity and I endorse him entirely. I bought a new dishwasher from him and then had problems with another dishwasher in a rental suite. Emanuel worked tirelessly to solve the problem in the rental suite. I would have been sunk if it had not been for him.
