Right from the first call to get a service call, the people we talked to were very responsive. A technician arrived the next day. When he could not repair the product, he suggested we could purchase one from their retail outlet. The Sales Manager, Emanuel called us within a day. He provided all the information that we required, we purchased and he offered to deliver and install that very day. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, it could not happen but the installer arrived on time on the next business day. He was very polite, personable and professional, he explained what he was going to do. He did it skillfully and we were happy with the experience. I would recommend ElectraFix.

My Landlord replaced the broken dryer machine with a used one and it came so dirty and full of dust that made me sick! I never bought a used appliance, so I don’t know if it’s normal to receive a dirty appliance. Emanuel told me that I’m problematic with OCD because I complained that the machine was dirty. We had Harjit and Zidan deliver a new Fridgidaire fridge and remove the old one. They were careful navigating the tight hallway space and the setup went quickly.
