Right from the first call to get a service call, the people we talked to were very responsive. A technician arrived the next day. When he could not repair the product, he suggested we could purchase one from their retail outlet. The Sales Manager, Emanuel called us within a day. He provided all the information that we required, we purchased and he offered to deliver and install that very day.
