I highly recommend Electra Appliances to anyone looking for a used or new appliances. I bought a used washer. It so happen it was defective. They replaced it in few days. Excellent customer service & very responsive. I would do business with them again. Emanuel (owner) was great.

Emmanuel and his partner installed a washer/dryer combo in our carriage house a few weeks ago and did an excellent job. He was really friendly and professional and I'd recommend him to anyone.

My Landlord replaced the broken dryer machine with a used one and it came so dirty and full of dust that made me sick! I never bought a used appliance, so I don’t know if it’s normal to receive a dirty appliance. Emanuel told me that I’m problematic with OCD because I complained that the machine was dirty. Harjiit and Daniel were professional, pleasant, and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.  They had to take my old appliances out of a very old, small basement and install the new ones. I recommend them very highly.

They communicated well with us even when we found the filter came with the frigid wasn't right. The fringe looks good and like a new. We saved quit bit money and are satisfied with our parches.
