I'm still waiting for the technician to come take a look at our fridge. Was given their contact, and it's been a back and forth with Emanual and him. It's been so frustrating as we have tenants and have to coordinate. It's super annoying that we are getting the run around. I'm not too sure about all the 5 star reviews, must be friends...

From the first phone call to Emanuel to the installation of the washer and dryer I purchased from them I was treated with kindness and respect. Emanuel and Mike were professional and genuinely seemed to want to provide excellent service. It was a difficult installation but they never once tried to back away - instead they found solutions. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike and Emmanuel at ElectraFix were truly "God Sends" as I had a very tricky Washer and Dryer Install purchased from Costco. Mike is VERY professional and courteous and truly cared that we received quality service and a permanent solution. Thanks very much guys and hope to do business in the future!! My Landlord replaced the broken dryer machine with a used one and it came so dirty and full of dust that made me sick! I never bought a used appliance, so I don’t know if it’s normal to receive a dirty appliance. Emanuel told me that I’m problematic with OCD because I complained that the machine was dirty. Never more this Company 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
