My Landlord replaced the broken dryer machine with a used one and it came so dirty and full of dust that made me sick! I never bought a used appliance, so I don’t know if it’s normal to receive a dirty appliance. Emanuel told me that I’m problematic with OCD because I complained that the machine was dirty. The day of install was just as fantastic as Emanuel and Oleg took away the old washer and brought in the new one with proficiency and professionalism!
