Return Eligibility

Timeframe You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

Condition of Items To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Initiation of Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • within the 30-day return period, providing the following details:
  • Your name and contact information.
  • Order number.
  • Description of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Return Authorization Upon receiving your return request, we will review it and provide you with instructions on how to proceed, including a return authorization number RMA# if applicable.
  • Return Shipment You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item(s) are returned safely and can be traced if necessary. The return shipment must include the RMA# if provided.

Refund Process

Inspection Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to verify their eligibility for a refund. If the item(s) do not meet our return eligibility criteria, we may reject the return and notify you of the reason.

Refund Issuance If the returned item(s) are eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Perishable goods.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We may require you to provide photographs or other evidence of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include providing a replacement, repair, or refund.
