February 13, 2025I'm still waiting for the technician to come take a look at our fridge. Was given their contact, and it's been a back and forth with Emanual and him. It's been so frustrating as we have tenants and have to coordinate. It's super annoying that we are getting the run around. I'm not too sure about all the 5 star reviews, must be friends... Update: I called and didn't receive any reply back from this company. It's been months for waiting on their end. If the fridge is broken, they should repair or replace it. Still waiting..

When he could not repair the product, he suggested we could purchase one from their retail outlet. The Sales Manager, Emanuel called us within a day. He provided all the information that we required, we purchased and he offered to deliver and install that very day. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, it could not happen but the installer arrived on time on the next business day. He was very polite, personable and professional, he explained what he was going to do. He did it skillfully and we were happy with the experience. I would recommend ElectraFix.

After a quick and easy service call that determined that my old washer could not be repaired, I was connected with Emanuel to find a suitable replacement appliance. Communicating with him was smooth, and he was able to find a few options for me to choose from quickly. The day of install was just as fantastic as Emanuel and Oleg took away the old washer and brought in the new one with proficiency and professionalism! They took their time, and weren't rushing to finish the job, and they were very friendly as they worked. I'd happily go to them for any other new appliances, and am absolutely happy to recommend them to family and friends!

I spent quite a bit of time researching the different makes and models of washer/dryer combos for my apartment. The washtower hit all the boxes of what I wanted. It is even quieter then I had hoped for. I am very impressed and happy with my purchase.

We bought the WashTower last month and we like it. It washes and dries well, and the cycles don’t take much time. We like the appearance and functionality, especially the control in the center of the tower. My wife isn’t that tall, so the controls being placed there make it very convenient for her. The tower is also very quiet when it is working except for the alarm that lets us know the cycle has ended. The volume is just right to allow us to hear wherever we are in our home. WE would definitely recommend this machine to others.
