My Landlord replaced the broken dryer machine with a used one and it came so dirty and full of dust that made me sick! I never bought a used appliance, so I don’t know if it’s normal to receive a dirty appliance. Emanuel told me that I’m problematic with OCD because I complained that the machine was dirty. Never more this Company 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I bought a new dishwasher and used laundry centre. Emanuel stored both for me for a few weeks until my place was ready. I installed both. The dryer timer wasn’t working quite right so I messaged Emanuel, he had a crew out in a day or so, ordered the part and installed without any issue, no questions asked. Class act! I highly recommend Electra Appliances to anyone looking for a used or new appliances. I bought a used washer. It so happen it was defective. They replaced it in few days. Excellent customer service & very responsive. I would do business with them again. Emanuel (owner) was great.

From the first phone call to Emanuel to the installation of the washer and dryer I purchased from them I was treated with kindness and respect. Emanuel and Mike were professional and genuinely seemed to want to provide excellent service. It was a difficult installation but they never once tried to back away - instead they found solutions. I spent quite a bit of time researching the different makes and models of washer/dryer combos for my apartment. The washtower hit all the boxes of what I wanted. It is even quieter then I had hoped for. I am very impressed and happy with my purchase.

We bought the WashTower last month and we like it. It washes and dries well, and the cycles don’t take much time. We like the appearance and functionality, especially the control in the center of the tower. My wife isn’t that tall, so the controls being placed there make it very convenient for her. The tower is also very quiet when it is working except for the alarm that lets us know the cycle has ended. The volume is just right to allow us to hear wherever we are in our home. WE would definitely recommend this machine to others.
