Our washer broke unexpectedly this week, and they were able to send us a variety of options to fix or replace our unit. Within a few days our new washer was delivered and installed, and our old washer was removed. The sales person and installer were both pleasant to deal with and answered all our questions promptly. We had Harjit and Zidan deliver a new Fridgidaire fridge and remove the old one. They were careful navigating the tight hallway space and the setup went quickly. I'm still waiting for the technician to come take a look at our fridge. Was given their contact, and it's been a back and forth with Emanual and him. It's been so frustrating as we have tenants and have to coordinate. It's super annoying that we are getting the run around. I'm not too sure about all the 5 star reviews, must be friends...
