Emanuel is a consummate professional. He always made sure to communicate effectively and ensured we were satisfied with his products and services. I bought a new dishwasher and used laundry centre. Emanuel stored both for me for a few weeks until my place was ready. I installed both. The dryer timer wasn’t working quite right so I messaged Emanuel, he had a crew out in a day or so, ordered the part and installed without any issue, no questions asked. Class act! Highly recommend Electra and supporting a small local business.

December 17, 2022I'm still waiting for the technician to come take a look at our fridge. Was given their contact, and it's been a back and forth with Emanual and him. It's been so frustrating as we have tenants and have to coordinate. It's super annoying that we are getting the run around. I'm not too sure about all the 5 star reviews, must be friends... Update: I called and didn't receive any reply back from this company. It's been months for waiting on their end. If the fridge is broken, they should repair or replace it. Still waiting..

I never bought a used appliance, so I don’t know if it’s normal to receive a dirty appliance. Emanuel told me that I’m problematic with OCD because I complained that the machine was dirty.
