I never bought a used appliance, so I don’t know if it’s normal to receive a dirty appliance. Emanuel told me that I’m problematic with OCD because I complained that the machine was dirty. Emanuel is a consummate professional. He always made sure to communicate effectively and ensured we were satisfied with his products and services. I bought a new dishwasher and used laundry centre. Emanuel stored both for me for a few weeks until my place was ready. I installed both. The dryer timer wasn’t working quite right so I messaged Emanuel, he had a crew out in a day or so, ordered the part and installed without any issue, no questions asked. Class act! I spent quite a bit of time researching the different makes and models of washer/dryer combos for my apartment. The washtower hit all the boxes of what I wanted. It is even quieter then I had hoped for. I am very impressed and happy with my purchase.

We bought the WashTower last month and we like it. It washes and dries well, and the cycles don’t take much time. We like the appearance and functionality, especially the control in the center of the tower. My wife isn’t that tall, so the controls being placed there make it very convenient for her. The tower is also very quiet when it is working except for the alarm that lets us know the cycle has ended. The volume is just right to allow us to hear wherever we are in our home. WE would definitely recommend this machine to others.
